Class Length:  30 Minutes

Our Program for children (4-6) years old is designed to enable a child to focus and concentrate on achieving worthwhile goals and to meet life's challenges with total confidence.

Class Length: Teens and Adults (45) Minutes to an (1)Hour

OUR PROGRAM FOR THE JUNIORS (AGES 7 - 12) TEENS AND ADULTS (AGES 13 AND ABOVE) IS NOT ONLY TO MAKE CHAMPIONS IN THE MARTIAL ARTS, BUT ALSO A CHAMPION IN LIFE.

 

WE TEACH ANGER MANAGEMENT AND NON-VIOLENT CONFLICT RESOLUTION.

 

WE DEVELOP VITAL SKILLS OF CONCENTRATION AND FOCUS, AND WE BUILD CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM.

All WHITE DRAGON MARTIAL ARTS students are asked to memorize and live by the   Student Creed and the Black Belt Creed.

White Belt

Attention: To focus on someone or something

 

Respect: To hold someone or something as special with high regard

 

Posture: The position you hold your body

 

Honesty: To be truthful

Gold Belt

Flexibility: To bend or stretch with ease
