Juniors, Teens and Adults
Class Length: Teens and Adults (45) Minutes to an (1)Hour OUR PROGRAM FOR THE JUNIORS (AGES 7 - 12) TEENS AND ADULTS (AGES 13 AND ABOVE) IS NOT ONLY TO MAKE CHAMPIONS IN THE MARTIAL ARTS, BUT ALSO A CHAMPION IN LIFE.
WE TEACH ANGER MANAGEMENT AND NON-VIOLENT CONFLICT RESOLUTION.
WE DEVELOP VITAL SKILLS OF CONCENTRATION AND FOCUS, AND WE BUILD CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM. |
