Welcome to WHITE DRAGON MARTIAL ARTS' KARDIO KARATE FITNESS PROGRAM.  Los Angeles - Muscle & Fitness Magazine, the fitness industry's largest publication, devoted a four page spread (March 1996) to the latest fitness craze, aerobic kickboxing-also known as Kardio Karate, teaches the techniques of Martial Arts without all the serious rituals, uniforms and belts normally associated with the training.
